(More customer reviews)The scanning feature is a nuisance, as it won't stay on one station very long.
The instruction booklet is not helpful at all, and neither is the description of how the radio works on Amazon.
The sound's not bad, if you can stand the frequent switching of stations.
I recommend getting another small radio for walking or jogging, even if it's more expensive.

This versatile little device is billed as a keychain radio, but it connects to a host of other items thanks to its cleverly designed carabiner fastener. Attach it to a golf bag and listen to business news as you stroll across the fairway. Hook it onto a knapsack and enjoy a jazz soundtrack as you hike through a city park. It also connects to such items as briefcases, belt loops, and tackle boxes, giving you a wealth of radio-listening options. Thankfully, accessibility isn't its only valuable trait. In addition to receiving the full FM spectrum through its auto-scan tuner, it also offers a built-in flashlight that comes in handy on the trail once the sun starts to set, along with a compass that helps you locate the campsite after a long hike. Even better, the features are bundled into a compact, lightweight chassis that's barely noticeable while on the move--a must for hikers, fishermen, and other folks who need to keep things light. So quit hauling along heavy, unwieldy radios when this little number can do the trick with half the effort. The radio runs on a pair of AAA batteries (not included) and comes with a set of stereo earphones.
What's in the Box R1504SP radio, earphones, users' manual.
