(More customer reviews)This is a very poorly made mp3 player. I expected much more from a named brand. I could not get the mp3 player to stay on even when using the lock button. I downloaded about 6 songs from my hard drive (it is not compatible with my subscription service) and I could never find the songs on the player even though they show up when connected to the computer. I could never get the play mode to work and could not find the FM stations.
Needless to say, I will be returning this piece of junk as soon as Christmas is over.
