(More customer reviews)I've had mine now for about a year. I use it in the office and have my XM radio attached. I love it. The remote works fine for me. I bought one for my girlfriend to use in her office (small size makes it perfect). As far as I know she likes it and hasn't mentioned any problems. I'm about to by a 3rd for use in my workshop. For the price it's a nice system.
