(More customer reviews)Insignia's own customer service website admitted the clock is designed with a flaw in that the alarm volume -- whether for radio, iPod, or beep -- cannot be adjusted. Which really too bad, because otherwise this is a pretty good product. If you are just looking for a radio that can also play and charge your iPod and the price is right, I would recommend it. But unless you can stand having the alarm blaring loudly in your ear before you can reach it, don't buy it as an alarm clock.
