(More customer reviews)Gave it four stars because the sound quality is less than stellar... but it is afterall an alarm clock. I have to have it pitch black to sleep which is why this thing is perfect. When I'm awake and need to see the clock I hit the 'dimmer' button on the remote and viola, Light! At night though the little blue light can be completely turned off. This with the remote and sleep function completely sold me. It's small and relatively unnoticeable so it sits on my night stand without being obtrusive. Oh! You can set the volume at a certain level and the alarm at a higher level, for those who have a hard time waking.
