I was somewhat apprehensive about the refurbished condition, however, when they arrived they looked brand new. I have had them for 3 weeks and have downloaded 10 full length movies, 6 full length audio books, and a lot of music programmed into the players and still have some room for more. They operate like new, no glitches. Great sounding with supplied ear buds. Very impressive item. BuyAccessories answered all email questions within 24 hours
