(More customer reviews)This is a very poorly designed product, all the way around. It has the cosmetic appearance of a very low-end electronic product. The cable from the remote to the base unit is bulky & short. Lousy design making it hard to install. The base unit is massive and hard to conceal under the dash. Power needs to come from your 12v accessory/cigarette lighter on the dash. Again, making it hard to conceal/install. To sum up.......Save Yourelf Plenty of Frustration, and AVOID this product.
