(More customer reviews)I got this thinking I could use my remote in an adjacent room. No luck. The RF signal didn't make it more than 25 ft from the receiver. Maybe it is my house, but I expected a much greater range. The unit is difficult to set-up and even once it is, the benefits aren't that great. I like the remote, but I would pass on this component of the system.
