(More customer reviews)Along with Chris Bowick's book, this manual belongs in the library of any engineer or technician who wants to gain an understanding of RF amplifiers, filters and impedance-matching networks. Gottlieb's style makes for enjoyable reading and easy comprehension; and, along with solid-state, he covers vacuum tube technology. That's a real plus, in my opinion. Highly recommended to engineers, students, technicians and hobbyists.
